1. To take part and build trade promotion programmes for Nghe an commercial activities and to implement trade promotion programmes assigned by the Nghe an's People Committee for the Nghe an Trade Department.
2. To study domestic and foreign markets for providing consulting and information services with the aim of developing local market, pushing up the export activities and technology transfer such as:
2.1. To consult and assist companies in opening representative offices, to organize and exploit showrooms both in the country and abroad.
2.2. To organise and assist companies participating in market survey trips, domestic and foreign trade fairs and trade-services exhibitions.
2.3. To welcome and make plans for foreign companies groups during their business and market survey in Vietnam, to organise business meetings with domestic partners.
2.4. To organise conferences, seminars, training courses, supplying information on trade activities for local companies.
2.5. To coordinate with other organizations and/or companies to organize exhibitions and trade fairs according to the plan as it is assigned by the Nghe an's People Committee for the Nghe an Trade Department.
3. To implement international cooperation on trade promotion between cities around the world, promoting E-commerce.
4. To implement activities related to trade promotion and technology transfer for the Province commercial field.
